Description: TECHNICAL FIELD [0001] The present invention relates to a removably and modular insertable timepiece in one or more compatible housing devices, in particular wrist bracelets and writing instruments. A remarkable aspect of the invention is that the timepiece and the housing comprise a specific and personal code, which allows only the coupling between timepieces and compatible housing.

Example (s) of Embodiment of the Invention [0004] An embodiment of the invention will now be explained and illustrated with the help of the figures. It should be understood, however, that the invention is not limited to this example but also includes all the variants included in the subject matter of the appended claims.
[0005] FIG. 1 illustrates an example of interlocking watch according to the invention. The movement of the timepiece is inserted inside a middle part 32 of narrow and elongated shape. The middle part of this example has an axial symmetry and a flared shape, the transverse diameter increasing from the lower end to the upper margin, such as a tulip. It is conceivable, however, variants in which the middle part has a non-circular section, but polygonal or irregular, without abandoning the spirit of the invention. When the watch must marry with a writing instrument, in particular, it is preferable that the middle part is thin and elongated, with a height substantially greater than its diameter, so as to extend the writing instrument, as it is will see better later. The middle part can be made of any suitable material including, for example: steel, brass, titanium, precious metals, ceramics, synthetic materials and / or composites, and also transparent materials, such as glass or sapphire, allowing the vision of the movement inside.
A watch movement 60 contained in the middle part 32 makes it possible to indicate the time that it is by indicating means 71, 72, 74. The movement 60 and the indicators can take any suitable form but , in order to obtain a shape as thin as possible, the movement 60 will preferably be arranged in "rod", whose organs are arranged on an elongated plate, the longer side of this plate being parallel to the axis (vertical in the figure) of the middle part.
The motor of the movement comprises one or preferably two miniaturized barrels 65 and is raised by the ring 67 which is on the extension of the axis of the watch, at the narrower end of the middle part (lower in the figure ). Preferably, the gear train for transmitting the energy from the barrels to the indicator discs comprises a friction element, such as, for example, the arm-in wheel 69 illustrated in FIG. 20. The presence of this friction element allows adjustment and reset to the time of the watch without risk to the drive system.
The indication of the time is, in the illustrated example, provided by a plurality of indicator discs 71, 72, 73 which protrude above the widest end (upper) of the middle part. In this example, the discs are coaxial and superimposed, and their axis of rotation coincides with that of the middle part 32. They carry time indications on their respective lateral surfaces. This arrangement continues the development in height of the watch, and allows an optimal reading when the watch is seen by the edge of the discs, as in the figure, but other variants are possible.
Indicator discs 71, 72, 73 are surmounted by a small plate 80 on which is fixed a swirl 85. It goes without saying that this space could also include another device, indication, or complication.
The watch is closed by an ice-cream 35. Preferably the height of the ice 35 is at least equal to its diameter, which makes it possible to accommodate indicator discs of adequate thickness, ensuring easy reading of the hour. The profile of the ice will be drawn so as to harmoniously extend the pen or the writing instrument on which the watch is to be mounted.
At the narrowest end of the caseband there is also a coded two-stage ring 61, 63 which allows the locking of the watch in a housing provided for this purpose, as will be seen later.
Figs. 2A and 2B show the watch of the invention opposite such a housing. In this example, the housing 110 is provided for wearing on the wrist and comprises horns 120 for fixing a bracelet. The middle of the watch 20 is shaped to fit into the housing, as shown in Figs. 3A and 3B. Once in place it can be locked or released by acting on the ring 115.
Figs. 4, 5, and 6 illustrate the locking and locking system of the watch in the housing 110: the locking ring 115 has a series of teeth 117 separated by openings 116 (shown in Fig. 9) which correspond to the protuberances on the two-stage male ring of the watch, better visible in FIG. 8.
The housing 110 also comprises a series of fixed teeth having the same profile as the teeth 117 of the locking ring, and positioned vis-à-vis them. Figs. 10A and 10B, 11a and 11b illustrate the situation: in the open configuration (Fig. 10A, 11A) the teeth 117 of the locking ring are aligned with those of the middle part 137 and extend them. These teeth then serve as guidance for the watch and determine its orientation unambiguously: the male ring can penetrate between the teeth 117 and 137 only if the profile of its protuberances corresponds to that of the openings between the teeth 117, 137 and if it is correctly aligned.
When the locking ring 115 is turned in the locked position (FIG 10B, 11B and, in section, FIG 5), the movable teeth 117 engage in the groove between the two stages 61, 63 of the ring male, thus blocking the watch in position.
In a variant of the invention, the elastic ring illustrated in FIG. 6 is inserted between the locking ring 115 and the wall of the housing 110. FIGS. 11a and 11b illustrate this detail: the elastic ring 125 has one or more teeth 129 which engage in grooves 119, 118 of the locking ring 115 (see Fig. 6). These teeth define stable positions and give tactile feedback to the user when the ring is turned to the fully open position, respectively fully locked. The notches 124 engage with fixed pins, not visible in the images and prevent the rotation of the elastic ring 125 relative to the housing 110.
The mechanism for encrypting and locking the watch in its housing can use any combination of shapes and complementary volumes on the middle part of the watch and in the housing, as an alternative to the teeth described above and represented in the figures. For example, it would be possible to use pins of determined position, diameter and height that fit into complementary holes, reliefs, grooves, combinations of small cubes resembling the shapes of the "tetris" game, or even use encryption systems. and locking borrowed from the locksmith, for example a lock pinned tubular.
Furthermore, the invention is not limited to a locking system with rotary action, as shown. One could also conceive, within the scope of the invention, a guillotine locking mechanism, with a sliding element that must be pulled to allow the introduction of the watch in the housing, and pushed inwardly to lock in place, or vice versa.
In addition to the variants mentioned above, the encryption system could provide any additional structures, by shape and / or dimensions. When the watch and the stretcher marry exactly, it means that the watch corresponds to the stretcher for which it was machined.
These shapes can range from the simple pin with a diameter and / or a different positioning between each assembly (middle-stretcher), the left surface form through the grooves, surface reliefs.
Figs. 12 and 13 illustrate aspects of the casing of the watch and the means used to ensure its perfect seal. The movement is provided with an elastic "I" seal 146 mounted on the plate 80 of the vortex and is inserted into the casing. 35. The movement is then mounted on the sealing system 150 which is provided with O-rings 144, 145, while another O-ring 147 is disposed at the upper edge of the middle part. The movement is then inserted into the tulip middle, which brings the o-rings in contact with the middle part and thus creates the seal. To block and stabilize the assembly, it screws the stop ring 151 on the sealing system, which puts everything under tension.
Once the movement is engaged, the male ring 66 is pinned to the stop ring by two pins 162 (see Fig. 13) passing through the holes 165 (see Fig. 8) provided for this purpose, while a third central pin secures the ring 67 to the barrel 141.
FIG. 13 shows in detail the sealing system: Advantageously, this design allows for mounting without visible screws.
Figs. 14A and 14B illustrate the mounting of the watch according to the invention in a writing instrument, in this case a fountain pen 50. The watch fits into the end of the pen opposite the pen and is locked by a mechanism similar to that previously described, by rotation of the locking ring 53. The ring 56 actuates, by rotation, the ink filling pump.
The locking mechanism of the fountain pen 50 is illustrated in section in FIG. 15. The locking ring 53 drives the sleeve 217 inside the body of the pen which carries movable teeth intended to engage in the male ring 61. The fixed teeth 237 serve for the alignment and coding of the shows, like the teeth 117 and 137 of the housing 110 described above. The position of the teeth in free configuration, respectively locked, is visible in FIGS. 16 and 17. Figs. 18A and 18B illustrate a detail of the drive system of the locking sleeve.
The ink filling pump 340 is housed inside the locking sleeve 217 and is actuated by the rotation of the filling ring 56. FIG. 19 illustrates a preferred drive mode: The ring 56 carries within it a toothing which drives the satellite mobiles 333 and the drive wheel 335 of the ink pump. The rotation of the wheel 335 can actuate a known type of filling pump, for example a telescopic piston pump, or any suitable pump. In the illustrated example, the teeth of the wheel 56 are not cut completely, their flat tip giving rise to a rolling surface of the ring 56 on the body of the pen.
The present invention is not limited to the combination of a watch with a writing instrument, but aims to provide a watch that can be combined with a plurality of objects and instruments. One could for example match several supports and housing to combine a watch as described above with several writing instruments, with a necklace, a jewel, several bracelet variants, an accessory for wearing in a pocket, a table stand , a dashboard of a car or any other vehicle. Suitable supports make it possible to use the watch of the invention in an infinite number of applications while at the same time having it in an optimal orientation for reading. All these accessories are preferably coded to accommodate only the monte, or watches, a single owner, or group of people. Of course, the mounting of the invention can also be carried simply in a pocket without resorting to a specific support.
